This article, 3rd Phantom, is currently under active construction. The author, Phantom Chronicler, apologizes for the inconvenience. |
The 3rd Phantom was the 3rd person in the line of secession to have taken The Oath of the Skull, and thus, assumed the mantle of The Phantom. Like his father before him, and his father, he committed his life to end piracy, injustice and cruelty. Though initially reluctant, at first, to assume the responsibility placed upon his shoulders by his father, circumstances forced him to give in to his inevitable fate, and he eventually relented and assumed his legacy as the 3rd Phantom.
